About Me:
I lead youth leadership and entrepreneurship training programs in Africa. LOVE what I do and I can cite one of the highpoints in my life as “every time I see someone I'm teaching or coaching have an aha! moment.” Happens all the time. I also teach yoga and lead yoga retreats– I've led 7 so far in Africa, India and the US. When I'm not running to catch a plane, I also write children's books and make aromatherapy skincare and haircare products.

12/30/2007: I tried the raw foods for a week– not easy! Need to learn some new recipes for juices and salads so I can do it for longer. I just ordered a new DVD with some raw recipes, so I'll be able to do it for longer this time around. Wish me luck!
1/9/2008: I've been doing about 70% raw the past few days for a nice detox / cleanse and it's been going great. I feel amazing and very refreshed and I haven't needed / wanted coffee at all!
